Exchange & Refund Policy

To request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned item, the exchange or refund process will be completed within 7 days or less.

All applicable shipping fees must be paid before the exchange or refund process can begin.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Clean and in their original condition
Returned with all original packaging and tags

Opening Your Package Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to open and inspect their package in the presence of the courier before accepting the order to verify that the correct items have been delivered.

Please note:

Customers may inspect the item before accepting the order and are responsible for the applicable shipping fees.
If there is an issue with the order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please inform the courier and contact us immediately. In such cases, Timeless Studios will cover the shipping fees.

Exchanges

If your requested exchange item is available, the exchange will be completed within 7 days or less after we receive the returned item.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable:

A refund will be issued for the returned item.
You may place a new order for another available product if you wish.

Refunds are only issued when the requested exchange item is unavailable or when the returned item qualifies under our refund policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be edited or canceled before they are confirmed via WhatsApp and handed over to the shipping company.

Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, unless the customer covers the applicable shipping fees for the order.

Shipping Fees

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, all applicable shipping costs will be covered by Timeless Studios.
If you request an exchange due to size, color, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping fees.
An additional 20 EGP exchange handling fee applies to exchanges requested due to personal preference.
