Refunds & EXCHANGES

To request an Exchange or Refund, please contact us after receiving your order. Requests must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery and the process takes a week (7 days) or less from the day of receiving the returned items . Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging.


EXCHANGES

Item Exchanges If available, the exchange will be completed within (7) days or less after receiving the returned item. If unavailable, a refund will be issued, and a new order may be placed. Refunds are only issued if the requested exchange item is unavailable.


ORDERS
Orders cannot be edited once placed.
Cancellation is possible, and a new order may be placed.


SHIPPING FEES
Defective or incorrect items — fully covered by us. Personal preference — shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. An additional 20 EGP exchange handling fee applies.
